DESCRIPTION:

We were brought in to inspect all works which had been installed and ready for final commissioning and balancing.

All MEP systems installed for the cinema and amenities had to be fully in accordance with British Standards and NFPA Fire Life Safety as well as integrating to the Mall 28 Shopping Centre.

We provided a full review of the MEP design, Contractors Shop Drawings and Site Installations. Assist the Contractor with the preparation of Commissioning Method Statements and Commissioning Programme. Once all installations, drawings and method statements reflect the relevant standards and contract, full on site commissioning and balancing witness testing, reporting until acceptance.
